Putting Business Banking in Context

FISPAN wanted to position themselves as leaders in contextual banking, a relatively new financial services model that offers real-time insights and recommendations tailored to each customer’s unique needs and circumstances. 

At the time, few — if any — fintechs offered similar capabilities, which meant banks and their corporate clients didn’t know what contextual banking was, let alone why they needed it.

We suggested a white paper to define and own the contextual banking experience ahead of the competition, positioning FISPAN as the go-to solution for banks that want to take their customer experience to the next level.

As the lead writer of the paper, I conducted industry research, interviewed subject matter experts and authored the paper.
